Let’s talk cheese.

It’s one of my favorites.

Cheese makes pretty much everything better.

Like sandwiches, vegetables, pasta, frosting (cream cheese frosting!), eggs and… fruit!

Apple and cheese is a classic pairing, but have you ever tried strawberries and cheese? Yummmmm. (Extra “m’s” completely necessary here.)

And we’re not talking just any old cheese.

We’re talking the princess of cheeses. Burrata!

It’s so creamy, spreadable and irresistible. Burrata is mild in flavor, so it goes with a lot of things. Think water-packed mozzarella but one jillion times better.

Try it plopped onto a big bowl of warm pesto pasta with sugar plum tomatoes, or in the middle of a large plate of fresh salad greens with juicy apricots and toasted pistachios.

But first, enjoy this heavenly cheese spread on a slice of baguette, topped with balsamic strawberries and fresh basil.

P.S. If you are not good at sharing, don’t even bother to try with these. And if you are normally good at sharing, don’t even bother to try with these.
