Here I go again, shoving more fruit in the oven for a good bake.
Or broil in this case.
Welp, December is already here (how did that happen??) and holiday cheer is in full force.
I do adore the holidays (hello sugary treats and festive boozy drinks!), despite the cold weather and the occasional mildly obnoxious seasonal tune.
Cake cake cake cake cake cake cake….
(Bonus points if you repeatedly belted out “cake” Rihanna style… in your head of course.)
Dessert for breakfast is happening over here once again.

It’s zucchini season once again!
Not like it really matters… there are always decent zucchini to be found in the produce section of my local grocery store.
So clearly I’m all about eating (and drinking) healthily.
Let’s get krispy.
Tis the season, after all.
There is no way that these decadent pumpkin bars smothered in perfectly sweetened cream cheese frosting could possibly be considered even remotely healthy.
Fruit crisps are so very wonderful because they’re so dang easy to whip up.
And they’re delicious… that goes without saying.
